Default Spec D N1 problems

So I got an exhaust system on line, I'm sure yall have herd of it, it's the spec D N1 burnt tip, cheep exhaust I know, but I only need it for now while I save up for a turbo. Car is a 2007, The problem I'm having is, when I first start off from a stop in getting almost a grinding or vibration from my front right side (or middle not sure, just sounds like it's from my right when I'm driving) only happens when I get good traction when accelerating from a stop, also same thing happens when I accelerate to a stop (yes I mean accelerate, but for people who don't understand that even stopping is accelerating than when I "decelerate") it does the same thing, vibrates as if it's hitting something under my engine. Does anyone know how I can get rid of this? I already took my car to an exhaust shop and had them cut my pipe and twist it so the pipe didn't hang so low under the axle, now it is tucked up nice and tight, but it's hitting somewhere and it's ____ing me off, never happened before I installed the exhaust so I'm sure it is related. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
