Default TC questions for owners

Can a road bike in it with the back seats folded down.
Does the all glass roof make the car much hotter.
I test drove one the other day, it had plenty of pep felt quicker than my miata or camry. It was white looked good, though I'd like to see a flint mica before I buy the white. thanks

The road bike should definitely fit. You might have to take off the bike's front tire to manuver a little better.

The glass moonroof is awesome on the Flint Mica. I have not noticed the car being any "extra" hot. I did have a Corolla. I live in Virginia where it does get pretty hot and humid.

Since I came from a Corolla the engine power is GREAT. I also got the TRD exhaust which is pretty awesome.

All I can say is go get one as fast as you can.....

I haven't yet tried to put my mountain bike in it, but I think it would fit. I used to be able to put it in the rear passenger footwell of my Ford Escort, providing I took the front wheel off. Given that the interior space is longer than it is wide, I think it'd be doable. Prob have to take off the front wheel, and buy a cargo cover so you don't get chain grease all over the place.

I was worried when I came back to my car after leaving it out in the sun all day and forgetting to close the sunshade. It was definitely warm when I got in, but I didn't feel like it was warmer than it would have been in any other car. The moonroofs are treated to block 97% of UV rays, I've heard. Which is also good for keeping the interior in nice shape.

I saw a white one at the dealer just yesterday. I was surprised at how much I liked it.

Definitely check out a Flint Mica in person - in the sun if you can...the color really is incredible...very hard to describe...not your run of the mill grey at all. I just picked up my Flint Mica yesterday...I will try to get some good shots of the paint for you.

Cheers,
Josh

Default TRD Exhaust

Hey fearturtle44, what's that TRD exhaust sound like? I've been debating whether or not to get it.

There are video clips with sound on the board. Do a search.

My 55cm LeMond Zurich with wheels on slides right in with the back seats down. No problem.
