Tightening Parking Break
Pop out the cupholders to get access to the ebrake lever, undo the lock nut (outer one) on the cable, tighten up the tension nut (inner one) till the ebrake is about 9 clicks till it's tight, then tighten the lock nut back.
I am also wondering about how to do this, i am not a car guy so i am not catching on...sorry
but could you elaborate alittle more. I got lost when you said click it 9 times as in pull it up to tighten it?
or ?
thanks

Have you tried it ? beacuse not to long ago i had it apart and i decided t tighten it because its pretty loose.... and i was trying for a good 20 min b4 i gave up cuz i just couldn't get it.
You could not get what? Undo the lock nut or get the tension right on the "tension" nut? Yes, I did it myself, and for another tC owner here in ATL.
P.S. It is much easier to do if you have 2 10mm wrenches. One holdes the tension nut while the other one is used to undo the locking nut. Once you are done tensioning the inner nut, hold it with the wrench while tightening the locking nut - that way everything will stay put with the car vibrating and constant parking brake use.

Ok ill give it another shot when i get home...... so i should remove the second nut.... then tighten the tension one .... then while holding the tension nut put the other back on?....
Yup. Outer nut comes off, or just get it loose enough so you can rotate the inner one freely, then once you are done tightening it (till 9 clicks), lock it with the outer nut. Don't go crazy with the tension nut - you don't want your parking brake half-engaged when you are driving.
