Default Torque pull in second gear

I notice with brisk acceleration, no, not flooring it or driving hard, but more than moderate acceleration, there is some torque pull to the right. I do not notice this in any other gear or when I am accelerating moderately. Is there a reason behind this?

The drive rods arent equal in length, with high tourqe engines this happends.

Hold on to your wheel.

Also it depends on the crown of the road. If you're on a two lane road, the car will naturally want to go right. In the left lane of a one-way road, it will want to go left.

I haven't noticed any torque steer when accelerating on level ground with the wheels straight.

If you can feel a little torque steer now....wait until the Charger comes out later this year . Too bad Scion did not include an LSD when they designed the tC. Hopefully TRD will make one. Hold on tight after that.

One possible reason why it only happens in 2nd gear could be due to how the ratio of 2nd gear reacts to the torque band.

I dont wanna seem ignorant, I have an understanding of what the LSD does, but what would be the amazingness that it would bring to the tC?

a limited slip will ensure that the drive wheels get an equal amount of power. ever see ppl do burnouts and one wheel just stops? with an lsd, that wont happen. they improve cornering and straight line acceleration.
