Anyone get any touchpaint for free from their dealer when you brought the tC? I didn't get any, but I heard from friends that when sometime they give it to you for free when you buy a new car. The reason I ask is my tC front bump have a tiny black spot that I can't seem to get rid off. I think it might be a chip caused by tiny pebble on the road. Any suggestion on how to get rid of it?

My dealer said he couldnt give it to me for free. Bought it myself for a bit less than 6 bucks.

 

Didn't get it for free, shouldn't be more than $8 though from the dealer, throw some of that on and you won't even notice anymore.

took the car to my salesperson when i saw my first paint chip from rocks, he said wait here...took me to the parts department and they mailed me the touch up point for free. great service

 

Most people didn't get it for free, myself included. When I bought my car the BCP paint wasn't even available for some reason. It was on backorder.

 

No they didnt offer that to me nor did i even think to ask at the time or purchase...i was more concerned about getting the keys so i could drive it LOL.

But now there are rock chips in the bumper (5months later) so i ordered some from my local dealer, $7.49 thats with tax Flint Mica Paint Code# 1E0

 

mine was ordered from jap, and didnt even match in color... caution to Azure Pearl drivers

 

I think they are all ordered from japan or something, because they said it's going to take 2 weeks to get mine in. That was a week ago.

 

i'll wait till my front end is all chipped up, then i'll bring it in and see if they will give me it for free.

when i bought my car, the dealership gave me a coupon with free oil changes and free touch up paint.. also a free car rental...

 

Are we suppose to get coupon for the free oil change? I don't even know if I get a manual for my stereo. I got to check.

 

heres wht you do.. you goto the dealer to the sales rep who sold you the car and tell them you just got the satisfaction survey.... oh yeah. i got my car washed for nothin today cos i tried that one.. and free touch up paint LOL

Be careful touching up - I know the HOT LAVA ORANGE does not match that well ...

 

DAMN! coulda got a free car wash! no you dont have to take anything when you go get your oil change. It all comes up in the computers.

 

i have about 5 scratches on my car so ima get that touchpaint as well
