Default Water Leak (Driver's A-pillar)

For a few years now, occasionally when it rains, I get a slow-dripping leak at the seam where the A-pillar and headliner meet. The dealership nor I have been able to solve or even replicate the leak.
The dealership has taken off the headliner (and various other covers) and held a hose over the sunroof (closed of course) but no signs of water. Sometimes it leaks during a heavy rain, sometimes it doesn't.
Same thing with light rains. The leak also doesn't seem to favor a season.

Any ideas? Anyone else had this problem? I'm thinking about upgrading to a 4door sedan (wife is preggers) but can't sell my car with this leak... I wouldn't have a clear conscience.

Please help!

I'm betting you have a crack somewhere and it just takes time to seep through
