Default Went to dealer again for tC.... will scion cut a deal on 2tC

Like you guys know I been trying to see a tC up close now and I am signed up for a test drive, so I personally wen to dealer saturday and they where closing the said umm next week, I was like can u give me a date, they had no clue, I ask for some book on the scion tC and they had nothing to give out and finally found like a 30 page book in there office about the tC and gave it to me, wow shows lots of stuff on tC and other scion cars.

They tolfd me I can put down money a a scion and it will take 10 days to order and and have it delivered to me, I told them let me test it firt.

well I been looking at the book and wow, Now my sister is looking to buy a new car and looking toward an altima but saw what I was looking at and now she wants one. this ____es me off. I told her to go with nissan, she has no bills and is not moving out and getting married like I amshe can afford a nissan.
so hopefully we dont have 2 of the same car

but still waiting

wondering if Anyone has a close pic of the rear bumper protector on the scion and also the ground effects, the site has it up but doesnt show anything.. also i havent seen pics of the blue leds that scion offers for it please post that also.....

also pic of the rear spiler lip for tC

Do you think scion might cut me a deal if myself and sister buy one together or if that might be something I might want to contact scion direct to see if they can cut a deal on 2 scion tC

dude... you need some spelling and grammar lessons, or try harder to sound like you're not in the 6th grade.

anyway, no, they can't cut you a deal on two cars, and they're not supposed to give out accessories either, first because they would get screwed on audit, and secondly that's basically what they're making most of their money from anyway.

Who else is getting tired of these "Good Deal" crap. Buy 1 tC or 20. PURE PRICE means same price on EVERY identically equipt car. And if they throw in accessories, then that isnt same price, or PURE PRICE. And for the love of GOD even if Scion did let you sell them for a discount, why would they discount the tC they are selling before they even hit the ground. So lets give a hot vehicle away (why would they do that, when someone else will come and buy if for sticker)

Steping off my soap box.

P.S.

Anyone know a way to get a free xB if you buy 3 tC? I heard someone mention that.

evil jocappy out.....

Don't get on people for trying to get a deal. People LIKE to haggle with dealers. However, some people don't realize the pure pricing thing is legit.

I mean, if I paid the sticker on when I bought my truck, I would've spent $5,000 more than what the sticker said. People are used to dealing with lower prices with cars....there are not many "no haggle" pricing dealers otu there..so it was just a given to try.

how bout they just didn't read every single frikkin' post about pure pricing and figure it out for themselves?

and last time i checked, sitting for hours with a dealership so they don't butt-rape you was never on anyone's a-list of weekend things to do. it's something that HAS to be done if you want to retain any self-respect for your purchase.

When I bought my truck, it was the most painless thing i did. I bought a GM Sonoma ZR2. The sticker was around $26,000 for it. I said, give me GMO pricing and I'll arrange to pick it up today or tomorrow. He said ok and we did it.....paid just over $20,000 for it. So, if you like spending the extra money...go for it.

I do agree that it sucks that everything deals so much from dealer to dealer.

So you paid $20,000 for a truck worth...drum roll...$20,000. Congraduations. With a scion you get to pay $18,000 for a car worth at least that much, and you don't have to play let's make deal with the shirt and ties. You dealer just wanted to make you feel like a deal, truth is, he didn't sell that truck for any less than he would have been willing to sell it to anyone else.

Any how would you feel if you hadn't haggled with him, you drive your new $26,000 truck to work, and park it next to your co-worker who had bought an identical truck for $20,000 that same day. Look who got the poopy endo of that stick.

Pure pricing ends the shadyness of buying a car. You pay the sticker, or you don't buy it. Are you going to haggle with McDonalds over your frys. Why don't you ask conoco to knock a dime per gallon off your gas. You may like to negotiate every single price on everything you buy, me, I just want my fries.

I DID admit that it sucks that most dealers have a haggle mentality when it comes to selling cars.

I would rather have all cars have a set price, then other do not get screwed.

I was just defending the people who TRY to get a deal. Most people who have but new cars in the past, better have NOT paid sticker price.

But, as I said...it does SUCK that most dealers haev different prices for their cars....I like the way the pure pricing is moving, and hopefully it will continue through others....
