Default WHAT SHOULD I DO? lots of pics now

ok so i bought the megan drift spec exhaust about a month ago. Well i installed it all and noticed that the fit kinda sucked on it . It was touching the frame in the back right under the axle so i put a 1/4 piece of rubber between it so it wouldnt rub metal on metal till i could get it fixed. Well it started to rattle up front right under my gear box area so i decided lets take it in to fix it. Now this might be my stupidity or it could be megans fault but when we got under the car the down pipe and the mid section piece were bent from the tourqe of the motor. The spot where i bolted the new mid section to the OEM down pipe was in my heat gaurd and had cut a hole into it and the whole thing was now shifted like 2 inches left of normal. The guy told me i should have put a flex pipe on, they didnt give me one with my exhaust is this mistake because im dumb? He said he could fix it but more then likly it would happen again and suggested me buying a better cat back exhaust... i dont know i might be putting the OEM exhaust back on since i dont want to spend the money. let me know what you guys think...

edit pictures

This is the mid pipe brackets after the bent pipe pushed them over

how its sitting in terms of the heat guard

front set of spring bolts connecting the oem down pipe to new pipe right at bend

you can see the down pipe bent

the rubbing in the back under the rear axle

second rubbing right after the mid pipe

the bad bend that throws off my back fitments (second connection with gasket)

into my heat guard in front

best pic of the bent pieces

another bad fitment picture....

you should have a reciept... if you put it on the cc then a cc statement.. there are more ways than one to show that you have a warranty other than the warranty card...
