Who's engine blew up?
I work at Farmers insurance and some guy just called in and said his engine blew up on his 2006 tC...the call dropped, so I didn't get to talk to him, but I'm way curious as to how that really happened...

I'm talkin' like...it happened right then. I'm sure he hasn't even had a chance to get to a computer yet. He called in and all he says is, "Can I have a rental?"
Insurance doesn't cover mechanical failure...but still, I wanna know what happened!
