Our first race weekend with the DG Spec Scions was this last weekend at St. Petersburg. The cars competed in World Challenge TC class. TC for the tC's.

Robert Stout qualified 3rd which carried over for both races we did on the weekend. Dan Gardner qualified 7th. In the first race, Robert ended up finishing 2nd after battling with a K24 swapped Honda Civic Si spun right in front of him, and put it in the wall. That allowed Dan to move up to the 3rd position. Dan got the "Hard Charger" award for advancing 9 positions in the race. Robert received the best move of the race award for avoiding the Civic, as it was about 2 feet in front of him when it locked up and spun. Both cars on the podium for the first race of the year was a good feeling

The 2nd race was on Sunday, and again Robert battled with the same Civic and finished again in 2nd place. This time Dan finished in 4th place. Dan received the "Hard Charger" award again for advancing 6 positions.

Our next race is Long Beach , April 18th at 4:15 pm. St Petersburg will be on Versus Channel .
