Im surprised they blew that quick.

I have a set of stock ones I will sell for $100 plus shipping. They are like $120 each at the dealer.

(only have 1 week of use on them)

How big are the bumps you're hitting and how fast are you going over them? You may just be coming in on the bumps way to hard. Usually with lowering springs its a good idea to get better struts anyway because of the extra stress the spring is putting on the stock struts, as well as an alignment before and after it settles just to protect your tires but thats a whole other topic!

Check to see if the struts are leaking. If you have a lot of nasty smudge or moisture on the strut, spring, steering knuckle, etc. then you most likely need replacement. I'm not 100% that goes for our cars though.

If you don't want to go stock I'd recomend the TRD struts. I have them and I love them. I'm also on the TRD springs though so I don't know if the H-techs will have a different feel or not.

Well you can test if they are blown by pushing up and down on each corner to see if it's squeaking or rebounds slowly compared to the others. If it's you can push the corner down quiet easily then you know your shocks are almost gone.

Try going with TRD struts/shocks or you can try Tokico which is a full replacement too. If you wanna try Koni then I say go ahead but you just have to cut your stock front struts. I'm not saying Koni is bad it's just I wouldn't want to cut my stock stuff up to put them on.
