Why do dealers always try to rip the customer a new hole. im running hotchkis on stock strus and running fine...if u gunna change your struts to get something better like koni's...trd doesnt have that many good things especially for the price

I got TRD shocks/Struts w/ Hotchkis springs, Hotchkis F/R/ sway bars, hotchkis front strut bar, ans Ingalls rear strut 4-point brace. And my TC handles like a dream, especially around the road course at No Problem Raceway outside of Baton Rouge. oh and my friends and I did the install on every mod I've done except my Cat-back exhaust(we didn't have a cutting tool) so I've saved quite a bit on install fees

but you don't need the shocks/struts with the TRD springs but it will actually lower the car a little bit more if you get the shocks/struts with the springs, and a better/ more fun ride

my first choice was the Koni shocks. But after i found out the i had to cut some of the strut and put the "Koni insert" in my existing stock assembly, i wasnt about to pay $600 for that. TRD shocks are pretty much a direct swap.

BTW- its not that i cant do it. I would trust someone else with experience to do it for me. the peeps im taking my car to tomorrow to get my TRD shocks installed did the install on my springs in Oct 05. They did it in about 1hr. great guys and great price. I know most of them.
