Default H&R vs Tein vs TRD

H&R Coilovers or Tein Basic's or TRD Shocks/Springs

any opinions?

Tein Basic' s are $1,006 shipped from PTuning
H&R's are $1,030$ shipped from All Springs
TRD Shocks/Springs are about $700 shipped (I think)

I need some major help. TRD's are almost out of the question, the drop is just too high still. If I do coils, I plan on doing no more then a 1.5 drop all around.

TRD+struts also good if you dont want that low of a drop.....

yeah plenty places can do much lower than your posted prices.

the tein are too stiff for some people as daily driver. HR are not bad. TRD+strut if you dont wanna spend a fortune (but you might as well get coilovers cuz 700 is a lot when many coilovers are around 800-900 shipped)

H&R's are height adjustable only, no adjustments for dampening...i found out the hard way

it would be a nice option even if you only set it once.....

a softer setting would also be nice for when my moms in the car

Mom has driven my car, she's OK with the damper setting from the factory.

oh, another disappointment for me with the H&R's is having to use stock pillow mounts.

i blew the original pillow mounts when i had TRD shock/spring combo at around 28K miles.

when i bought the H&R's, i bought all new pillow mounts and hardware for a complete swap....came out pretty pricey and for a couple hundred more, i could of gotten tien ssp's with edfc.....
