I was wondering if anyone has HIDs on there tC or could recommend any resonably priced kits, thanks.

 

i have 8000k HID's on my tc they light up awesome i got them for 325. installation is plug n play im sure anyone can do it.

 

where did u get the kit? and what fits on the tC? is it H7?

 

its the 9006 bulb. i have the 8000k mcculloch from ebay. they run about 325 shipped. 6000k looks nice too. i'll take some pics and send them to you sometime next week. after i get my fogs installed

 

8000k isnt that a little to much?

i think 4000k is perfect.

6000k maybe pushing.

4000k is lower then most stock cars have. That will give you a very warm white. Anything between 5000k and 6000k will have plenty of output and have slight bluish tint in headlights but not on the ground. Don't forget that the higher you go the less output your HID's will have so you might as well use some HID lookalike bulbs if you go to high.

 

if you look back in the classifieds, there was a set of retrofitted hid's for the tc with angel eyes also...looked great. i know its not great...but try searching for it

 

i can get HID's for your tC... i'm gettin some for mine too but had some other stuff to take care of first... PM me if you still want some

 

from what i gather... the fog lights are also size 9006?? Or am I wrong?
