to adjust height you screw the complete bottom mount... clockwise lowers....counter-clockwise raises...

sure...

front:
1. Pre-load collar- just tighten this until its snug
2. Pre-load locking collar- tighten this against the pre-load collar to keep it from loosening itself
3. Sway bar mount and locking collars- adjust this to get the sway bar in the right place, then lock down with the collars against eachother.
4. is a locking collar for heighth adjustment.
Between 4&5. Heighth adjustment- this will be what will adjust the heighth
5. locking collar for heighth. tighten 5&4 against eachother

BACK:

1. Pre-load- same as front
2. Heighth locking collar- tighten against the bottom piece
3. pre-load locking collar- same as front
now that bottom piece is what will adjust the rear heighth.

my advice...take your tools and kind of play around with them to figure out which ones lock against eachother and whic ones adjust stuff...

Well today I failed completely I attempted to install my coilovers and did not succeed I ended up breaking my craftsman torq wrench, my kragen torq wrench and my craftsman breaker bar Those bolts are on there hella tight! I guess the guys that installed my TRD's made sure those bolts were not going anywhere. I even sprayed wd40 and let it marinate. So now I think I might have to invest in some power tools and compressor. Anybody have any other ideas??

get a long piece of tubing....like a metal fence post...those bolts should be at 140ish ft/lbs....also only one side will loosen....its the nut side not the bolt head

ill go look...im building a catless mid-pipe for a mustang....ill look ad let you know....but you will need a 1/2 drive ratchet and a nice 7/8 socket and then whatever the rear size is(slightly smaller than 7/8 ) those things are on there really tight i remember that tho...

with the proper size socket you will not....if it does then it was way to tight b/c these bolts are really tough...

probably cause i was a little lower i raised it all the way to the top because when i bolted up the two BIG bolts it wouldn't align to well. just force it in there

its what connects your sway bar to your strut...in that pic there is a black tab and then a bolt on it...that bolt holds in the endlink...

I was also wondering if these coilover will bounce like regular lowering springs?? Because I have trd and when I have someone in the back it rubs over bumps. And it is about a finger gap and I like the way the rear looks and wanted to adjust my coils in the rear like that, so if I do will it also rub? When it rubs my fender is rubbing on my tires....so if I wanted to go lower I would have to roll my fenders? How much would that run and where would I get it done???

no....i have the rears set to stiff and the fronts set to middle...its the feel i like...there is no perfect thing as far as this goes...you have to play around and figure out what you like.
