Default Odd sounds

After i put the TRD drop kit (Spring/shocks/anti-sway bar) on, as im driving i hear a "wshhh" sound coming from what i think is the rims. Is it from the brakes? what do you think?

The "wshh" is more attempt to duplicate the sound that i hear coming from the rims ever time the wheels rotate. THe sound came about after the TRD equipment was installed. It sounds like it might be from the disc brakes, possibly to tight?

Sounds like break pad rub?

#1: Back-up and stop a bunch of times to adjust them.
#2: Still whisshing. Jack up each corner and test to see that wheel spins freely. While you're at it. Check to see if anything is rubbing against wheel or tire.
#3: Drive it around the block a few times without breaking much. Check wheel hubs and rotors for excessive heat. Careful on the rotors, they may burn your finger. It's unlikely that someone could screw-up re-assembly of all four wheels. All should be about the same temp - front maybe a little warmer than rear.
#4: If nothing is rubbing or exceptionally warm, then turn up the radio.
