Default Road Magnet springs?

Why have I never seen or even heard of these...a 1.5 drop all around sounds pretty nice for a daily driver, but ive never seen or heard of these on a tC. Anyone have them? I would be grateful for some pics, also hows the ride quality and where do u buy them at? Sorry for all question just wanna kno.
Thx

Donny look into Hotchkis like you were in the first place. Suspension is a very key part of a build and Hotchkis has been around for along time. They have done the R&D to get great products on the market

Road Magnet? Never heard...

Well, I wouldn't gamble if I were you. I'd get the known brands because people have used them and know that they are quality products.

If you don't want a big drop for whatever reason - go with the TRD. They're 1.25" all around. Otherwise, I'll second the Hotchkis. I love them.

yea, I hear you as far as it being a gamble, but i just wanted it to be a bit lower than the TRD but every other spring is wayyy to low for the roads i drive on. I don get why people would put springs on that make there ____ rub... makes no sense to me yet 50% of the people here deal with it. Anyway the guy from road magnet sent the springs and let me install and use them before he charges me for them, so that was a good deal. So far they have only been on for a day but it couldnt sit any better and the ride feels like stock so far.

Most springs have zero issues with rubbing... if not all of them.

People that run into problems and rubbing are trying to shove wheels in there that are too big or they didn't consider the drop when they ordered them.

As for roads, I can assure you that there are ____ty roads EVERYWHERE...

possibly, ill post up in another month and let you's know how it's going. I actually like the fact that I'm the only person rockin em, unless of course they end up being a POS.

Ack.. yea it's mostly people that try to fit big ___ wheels in there which like I said prolly 50% of the people here are doing, but I also hear people with stock wheels rub on dips, or over bumps w/ basically any drop around 2", mostly the s-techs...them springs are just ridiculous to use where i live.

Ya, s-techs drop a bit more in the front. Hotchkis are rear biased for the drop... so that's potentially why those of us with them don't notice it like the s-techs might do.

I risked some springs when I got my tC SpringTech made from the same company that made Sprint springs. Those were actually very nice. I set them up with TRD struts and Hotchkis sways...the car rode and handle very nice. Just cuz no one has heard of them doesn't make them bad, it's just no one is willing to try. Someone had to take a risk with Hotchkis and we all see where there at today. hahaha

Lots have tried eibach just search and you will find them. I know the Road Magnets are a bit pricey but damn ____ rides good for just springs.... very very close to the stock feel.

hey guys I have Road Magnet springs too, but they drop my car way more than 1.5 inches ... they are almost identical to my friends tc with s-techs ... maybe even a tiny bit more than his ... weird. Do you guys have this same thing going on?
