My stiffy is incredibly loud, dynamat and all. I can hear everything as the RPMs increase. Am I the only one.

i have to install my weapon r, i'm just having some issues with figuring out how to get it to fit because of the ac line that they moved to install the supercharger. has anyone been able to get the weapon r to fit on a sc'd tc?

weapon r should have r&d that b4 they tried to sell them. it sounds like they use us for their r&d and then change things later, but good luck with that.

i bent it slightly to help the issue, bent it back after the damper broke on me and i took it out

i only had to move the ac line bracket slightly and zip tie the power steering hose up and out of the way... a trip from ft lauderdale to orlando in back and no issues w/ rubbing or anything just a little noisy on the freeway
but it's not that bad

that's annoying. none of these engine dampers are perfect fit without messing with the ac line in a sc'd tc. i've heard that people were having issues getting the ingalls fitted in properly as well. dynomyte-any pics of ur damper?

Are the ZPI motor mounts available yet? Does anyone have them, or a picture of them?

I have the damper and Energy motor mounts on the civic si and swear by the combo...

The Stiffy takes care of front to back engine movmnt and the motor mounts take care of side to side...

The damper is adjustable in relation to dampening as opposed to the mounts which are usually really stiff and take about 500 miles to "break in"...

I HIGHLY recommend the combonation of stiffy and mounts...if you are concerned about vibrations and maintaining a "factory" ride I recommend neither..

Mounts are a PAIN to put in and end up costing more to install if you have a shop do it ..
the damper is comparative to putting in an air intake installation wise..so they both end up costing about the same overall..

In terms of vibrations no matter what you do when you stiffen up the engine you are getting some residual vibrations...
