does the no haggle thing apply to options as well or is it just for the msrp of the car?
otherwise, i'd say get the dealer to throw them in for free....i mean seriously- you're buying a $16K + car and they want 60 more for wheel locks?
if no haggling allowed, then I say get them goto www.trdsparks.com SCION Wheel locks for $15
