would i need anything else besides struts and shocks if i get the hotchkis springs?

i have had my hotchkis springs on for just over 12k with stock shocks and they still feel perfect.

perfect drop... about a 1 finger gap all around(and i have kinda small hands)

Why would the hotchkis drop be lower in the back than the front ?

struts and shocks are the same thing.
And you dont' NEED them, at least not immediately. You could just ride on the stock struts until they blow and then replace them. That's what I did.

Do I need to put on shocks also if I put on tein s tech..Or will it last on the stock shocks

they will all last for at least a lil while on stock shocks and struts. i've been on hotchkis springs for just over 12k on stock struts and shocks. i don't expect to replace them very soon yet either. i drive pretty carefully though in bumpy areas and never hit any bumps hard enough to bottom out the shocks.

a good friend of mine has also been on s-techs for a while and not had any problems with the stock stuff.

i have a tc and i had tien h techs but scraped way too much in the front so i put back my stock springs, i to close the gap between my tire and fender and was wondering what the best springs are to get? i have 18" rims and also have an exhaust that i dont want scrapping. so far i thing in gonna go with the TRD springs but what do u think? :eyebrow:

What is the offset on those rims? Cause h.techs are a mild drop and should not be scraping onless your offset is like 38 or lower. But yeah, my buddy has 18x8.5 with 35 offset and is on TRDs. Don't get much milder then that.

do you need to get camber kits already when you install the hotchkis? or is it ok to not have it, will it not camber?

I got my camber dialed out with an allignment.
Didn't need the camber kit.
