...okay so recently there's been a string of crap going on in and around my town with kids breaking into people's houses and cars for the past 2 weeks. i've known of a few people who have found their cars on blocks. whats funny is that i live in a really nice town, and these people are apparently coming from out of state.

soo anyway...i want to get wheel locks for my car, asap any suggestions? or should i just get some from toyota?

 

just go to your local parts store take off one of your lug nuts and tell the person at counter i need wheel locks in these threads! they should have some!

thanks for the sugestions guys...i actually wound up getting them from toyota, i only paid 25 for them too...plus i got them to put them on for free because i was getting my tires rotated (part of the 5k free oil change)...worked out well!

 

You can order gorilla locking lug nuts from us online. One of my old roomates was a little worried that his wheels would get stolen so he ended up buying 5 different sets, he had to juggle 5 different keys when he rotated them but his wheels never got stolen.

 

FYI they are $20 per set shipping included for a set (4 lugs, 1 key).

 

should set up a camara pointing out your window towards your car so if something does happen, you can get it on film and maybe catch them dastards.

 

well i posted this originally back in september, im not sure if these kids were ever caught, or if theyre still doing this. as i posted before i wound up getting them from toyota and put on for free. thanks again for the help though.

i hope these kids were caught, finding my car up on blocks was the last thing i wanted. even though i do plan on getting new wheels soon.
