Im dropped on stechs and looking to get Enkei Ekm3s 18x8 with 35 offset. with Kumho Ecsta ASX 225/40.

how low do you think ill be able to go on your old coils with the setup i mentioned?

im on fftype2 coils.. and im sitting about where my old coils were at before just a little lower in the front and a bit higher in the back..but i can still go like an inch or more lower but i need more stretch if i want to achieve that, cuz my 225/40 on the 9.5 is like a minor stretch

 

i ended up going with a 215 up front and a 225 in the rear...
teeny tiny strecth...you can barely tell.

fiendskillz im maxed on your old SSP and not rubbing yet...
im planning on taking out a ring up front and thowing on maybe a 5mm spacer front and rear...

im loving it so far

 

I saw these on a tC that looks just like mine same color and year they are 20" I think they look great and will be gettting them for my car ASAP But maybe not 20"s maybe 19" or 18" and then lower my car

 

quick question. looking into 19x8 the offset says HPO im lowered 2 inches all around. i wanna be extremely tucked like lil_will lol he has very nice rims. what size tire should i go for? will i be rubbing or have to do anything to the fenders?

i dont think you'll be tucking with a 2in drop

Hello, i have a set of 18x8 +35offset wheels sitting in my room for my scion tc. i have not yet lowered the car but might do after i put the wheels. i want to be flush. will 235 40 tires be ok? keeping in mind i might lower between 1-2 inches in the future. thanks

 

Go 225/40. It's less expensive and will reduce rubbing if you go low.

 

Just use some wheelspacers . .. they come in 10mm and 20mm sizes. One inch = 25.4mm

 

wheels spacers do not eliminate rubbing on the fender, infact its the opposite

 

18x7.5 offset unknown! but if dropped on Tein S tech will the 225/40/18 tires rub?

 

gotta know the offset dude

 

18x7.5 never come in aggressive offsets, so you should be 99% okay.
my old volks were 18x7.5 et33 and they didnt rub. i've never seen a lower offset than that for non-custom made 18x7.5s.
