anyone have pictures of stock tc rims painted white? I just picked up some curbed stockies for cheap and I'm planning on going all white for my sw tc. I'd love to see how that looks before doing it though.

ok so after talking with some other TC owners, I'm reconsidering painting my wheels all white (I have a SW tc). I photoshopped a quick mock-up of what I'm thinking now (on the front wheel) and what I was thinking before (all white on the back wheel). Please tell me what you guys think:

im liking the all white wheels i was thinking abotu doing that too but decided i wanted a lil contrast..
i was actually thinking about black spokes and a red lip..
you guys think itd turn out nice?

 

ehhh...im not a big fan of the front one's what you should do is have the face white with black on the inner part of the rim, get what im sayin? like white on the spokes and the lip and then everything on the inside should be black that'd be BALLN

 

Is there any way you can take a closer pic of the wheel for me. Im thinkin about going black with my wheels but I want to see what you did with the center cap area. Looks awesome BTW

 

I have a BCP and was wondering if anyone has done gunmetal with a lip type look, or has everyone done black? Im also debating bronze but have no idea what way to go.

I really like the look, but my wife says "it looks dirty"

I think it looks really good without the bling of gold.

 

The powdercoated bronze looks like it would be brighter than the painted/sprayed bronze. Looks great from the pics.

What was the process that all of you took to paint your rims?
1)sanded, 2)primer, 3)spray painted.....

I was thinking of doing this when this thread first camee out, and then i just kind of forgot to get around to it... BUT NOW i'm planning of actually getting around to it.

 

sand, spray color 4x, spray gloss 2x
