Probably need new valve stems.
Well this past winter was my first one up north. Back in FLA I had put some aluminum valve caps on my tires. Just today I was set to put some air back into them when, god damn, all four were on tighter than a virgin on prom night. I tried to clamp the stem and then turn them and nothing.
After some research it finally dawned on me that since the caps were aluminum and the stems were brass, the freezing cold and the road salt with naturally WELD those two metals together over time! I tried to dremel one of the fronts off and ended up breaking two dremel pieces off in the process. These things aren't coming off.
I haven't broken any of them off thankfully. Anyone have a clue how much this is going to be to fix? I probably need new stems all the way around. ANY help is greatly appreciated.
