I like your tails. Tint looks good. I'm gonna be trading out my Anzos for some TYCs soon

Yeah, I'm also curious on how to clean painted rims. I'm so scared for the coat of paint because they came out so nice, but they've become so dirty and waterspotted. I'm kinda scared to use wheel cleaner on it for the safe of something happening to em. What do you guys do?

then i use Meguiars Quik Wax

you can just use aircraft remover to get it down to the bare rims. (that stuff real nasty though, itll burn your skin and take off or mess up anything it touches)

you could also use paint thinner, which will take more prob. (still a little damaging if you get it in places you dont want)

or you can sand it all off.

I'll try the aircraft remover and put some gloves on. Should it be fine if I got it on the tires?

At advanced auto parts I've seen a graphite silver that looks pretty close to OEM color. They carry alot of OEM spec paints and can order any kind of color. Did you decide against buying stock rims again? Craigslist up here has a set for $400 w/tires. I need the tires so we could figure something out.

ohh.. i think even with as many people who have done black, its about the only color that will look good with the pearl white.. cant say im enthused about the green.. whatever floats your boat, or moves your car

i'm in process of painting my rims, I was wondering is it possible to just take the rims off without using any special tools? Like the 5 bolts on the rim, is it safe to take it off with the big metal tool that came with the car and the car ramp thing that came with the car or do i need to go rent it?
