4th brake light?

4th brake light?
Has anybody done a 4th brake light install or write up for a 2014 north american scion tc?
I'm assuming if you buy the scion tc in Europe the 4th brake light comes equiped with a bulb/holder. The relefctor seems to be in working condition. Just drill out for bulb holder and wire up...
