Default Brake Lights

I installed brake lights and at first it worked but now both of them are not working and also my license plate lights wont even turn on, my brake lights don't even light up when I turn my lights on.

Is there any way to fix this?

Sounds like you either pinched a wire, caused a ground fault or blew a fuse. I am thinking this because you say your tag lights don't work anymore. Check to make sure you didn't tear or nick the wires when installing your tail lights and also check the fuse. A broken wire will most likely blow the fuse also so you may need to replace it after fixing the wire.

Is the brake light & license plate light on a different wire then the reverse light & turn signal light? My reverse lights & turn signal lights are working fine. Also if it is the fuse or the wiring problem should i switch it back to the normal bulbs so i can take it back to Toyota to get it fixed? They might say something cause I changed the lights to LED, even though that's not the problem but who knows, they might say its because I changed the bulb

LED is your problem. You installed standard 7443 LED bulbs which aren't compatible with our cars. They cause the car to blow fuses as soon as you step on the brake.

You need 7443 CK bulbs. Done deal. In the mean time, replace the fuse you blew and go back to your OE bulbs until you get proper CK LED bulbs.

Yea this happened to me. I blew the fuse and found out the bulbs were the issue.
