I have a 2013 scion tc and I wanna know if the headlights are projector or not because I just got some 8000k hid bulbs in them. I don't want to blind people and I sure as hell don't want to get pulled over. Just want to know if the 8000k will go fine in my tc without causing havoc

 

Yes they're projector housings, all tC headlights from 2008 to present are projector housings. but just because you put your HID in a projector housing doesn't mean police won't pull you over since you're using 8k headlights which will be very blue. It depends on how cool or lame the cops are in your area and whether or not you drive normal or like an idiot.

Also, it is VERY easy to tell a projector housing from a reflective housing. Just look at first gen tC headlights from 2005 to 2007, versus 2008 to 2011 when they went to projector housings.
