HID's
Hey y'all. Just wondering who has some good hid setup on their ride that can actually see the road in heavy rain or just rain period at night. Ive seen some on other cars and they do extremely well but mine just aren't cutting it. I have the 35 watt 8k hid's from Mengmotorsports.

if you want to actually see well, 8000k is way too blue. you'll get your most usable light out of 4300 - 5000k. most inexpensive plug n play kits are going to be the same and most are made in china, so don't get caught up on brand.
I am running 55w 4500k bulbs in my low beams and 35w 4300k bulbs in my fogs.

^^ buy any brand 5000K-4300K and you'll get the most light output

8000k isnt bad at all. i had 5000k and really like that in bad weather but 8000k is the perfect mix of blue and white in my opinion. just dont go higher than 10000k and you'll be fine. i personally wont go higher than 8000
