Default LED Turn Signal Conversion HELP!

I have a 2014 tC and converted to LEDs about a couple months ago. I installed the flasher replacement and just recently my turn signals were delayed tremendously on one side so I changed it to my spare LED relay and the bulbs blink slower but the issue is: does anyone know why only the first blink on the signals is the slowest? Is it the relays fault for that? I've checked everything nothing looks corroded or damaged. Fuse for hazards are fine. Any suggestions need help?!

It is a "digital" relay, so it will take a little longer to activate for the first blink, most "analogue" relays are load based so LED signals blink rapidly. Digital relays blink the same no matter what the load is, but take slightly longer to activate initially.

I also found out my HID kit was rubbing alternator for like a day which was messing up my current which was why it was acting weird AND I went back to stock I like the hyperblink
