Passenger low beam wont turn on?

So I got some HID's from HIDextra.com and put the drivers side light in and it worked perfectly. Then I put the passenger side one in and nothing checked all the plugs and they were good, so I decided to put the old light in and it didnt work either.

Its not a fuse maybe just a pulled wire? If any one has any ideas or anything let me know please.

It turns out it was just a loose wire. I just wiggled it around a bit and it turned right back on.
