I went to autozone and saw a nice license plate bracket. I'm thinking of installing this at the hatch where the existing holes are and drilling 2 more this way the license plate bracket is flush to the metal and i can screw the liscense plate firmly on the bracket.

This is the mounting bracket. I'd have to drill 2 holes below the 2 that are currently used to mount the plate so I can firmly attach this bracket to the hatch. Afterwards I can mount the plate to this and have it firmly sit against it to look more contour to the back instead of just hanging only by 2 screws.

Aaahh.. So basically the thing they give you at the dealer to mount a front license plate.. Yeah.. Pair it with a frame and it would be nice..
