you can splice them into the parking lights yes.
the kit comes with a rocker switch that fits in just like the OEM switch would. i have them powered directly to the battery, and the switch to an accessory wire. instead of hooking them up onto the stock harness where they only come on with the headlights and turn off when the high beams are on, i can have them on by themselves when the key is switched on.

Im having trouble where to connect the rocker switch where to wire them? Can you show me how you did yours?
