Question ATF change

Dont have any issues just use my car harder than i should and want my tranny to work reliably and dont believe that lifetime crap what should i fill it with and how much, be specific please i have a 2012 scion tc my local mechanic will change the fluid and is there a tranny filter or is it just fluid change thanks.
Also are there any other fluids that if i change could possibly help?

Most synthetic Atf's will cover the WS standard in your tranny, just check the bottle or spec sheet. I don't know that transmission exactly, but usually most transmissions toyota mates with their 4 bangers have no filter (it is a screen only). The V6's usually have proper filters in the transmission pan. That being said if you have a lot of kilometers on the car you may want to pull the pan off and clean out the shavings anyway. I can find out exact numbers for you tomorrow at work.

If you just drain the pan it is 2.3 liters. The whole system takes 6.5 liters. So you will want to do a proper flush, m t just drain and fill.

Also Toyota usually does jot require service on their transmissions until 60,000 miles. My program is not giving me intervals for this trans (U760E)
