Default Time for a Clutch kit..

Hey guys. I'm new to the forum, so please bear with me.

I have a 2012 Scion tC RS 7.0

I need a new clutch, and advice on which one to get. I don't have any mods and won't be doing any for a very long time. Should I stick with stock, or go to Stage 1? I had a Prelude with a Stage 2, and a modded motor.

That clutch seemed to last longer, as well as feel better. I was trying to avoid spending $300 on a clutch. Am I wrong in trying to avoid that? It's a daily driver and I don't really get on it much due to already getting too many tickets lol.
