Regarding the vibrations being more noticeable with the mount, I have installed an adjustable coilover setup recently and the vibrations in the cabin have reduced(I have a tC1). Only thing I can think of is the stiffer spring rates keeps things in check lol. Not only does the mount reduce wheel hop I feel it's easier to go through the gears since the engine movement is reduced.

I got the mount put it on today man crazy vibrations
I had a Integra with hasport mounts its the same vibration
I don't know if I want to leave it on or take it off
and with a/c on its bad and also when rpm drops
