WORLD Racing tC2
this dyno shows near 200 hp and tq which is what made me raise my BS flag, lol
I have always loved the new SI. I have so many cars to look at next. I want 4 doors though and pretty good performance out of the box. They may not be the fastest but they handle well and respond well to mods. Gotta love Hondata!
Yess... we understand it, thank you. But as far as i see it is... even the 1st Gen tC would get 160whp bone stock on this dyno... if not more. And we cant really use any number from this dyno since it will get waaay to high numbers compared to other dynos.
It might be good for tuning and see how was the whp before and after but you guys are fouling ppl saying that it has 200whp..
Whats next!?!?! you guys run a 1-60 in 6 sec with the 2nd gen tc on downhill and post up the result that its underrated?!?!
sorry if im talking jibberish but this is how i see it.

Been doing some research about the Canadian dyno & this is my theory:
If you take sea level into consideration you lose about 3% for every 1000ft. First off I'd like to know where he's at considering Churchs Dyno is about -100ft BELOW Sea Level. Then, take in consideration not all Dyno's are the same...even at the same Sea Level.

Vehicle was dyno'd in Toronto, Ontario.
I was specifically told that this dyno would be far less then expected. So take these numbers with a grain of salt. I'm not out to disprove figures, just starting with a base map for myself.

While I am sure the tC2 makes good power .. and I am certain that the new kit will be mighty impressive.. it should be taken into consideration that Church's Dyno is notorious for reading high, and I am not referring to the simple fact that its a hub dyno. It's a common known fact especially among the Honda people and there are countless threads about this on Temple of VTEC and Honda-Tech... But all that aside, I am sure that this motor will be the preferred bit of poison for those with the pockets to start from scratch.
