Alpine head unit

Just upgraded to the alpine head unit for my 2011 but navi isn't working anybody ran into this problem before ? Don't wanna go to dealer they suck

navi is an add on. another $600

Extra 600 the radio was only 400 . I though I might have just been missing the wire harness in the back of the head unit

They did that with mine, they left something unplugged..
