I went to my local russian body shop and he will install and paint and OEM lip kit for about $150. I think that's pretty good.

the frint lip was $335 USD

 

that's not too bad, so about $500 total? I think I'll go that route, and just piece together a custom body kit, (That lip, other side-skirts, some rear bumper, the MilezAuto Spoiler)

I should be doing it a paice at a time. The word "Should" is a commun word in my spending. I think I have this idea I will not be able to do this later so why not do it now while you have the $$ to spare.

I think doing upgrades slowly makes for more enjoyment but allot more in install fees. Hey if you work for a shop or know one in the L.A. area that will install all my stuff I would be glad to let them if the price is rite

 

There is one place in santa ana....did a good job on my springs. -$10 on the install, they charge $50, most places charge $60

 

If they can install the lip/headers/exhaust and Killer Glass (radiator tubes) + dress my tubes with the steel covers I just bought I might bite. Although the guy next door I might have do it since it's like 10 min walk from me. PM me there number so I can call and get an estimate. I can tell em you referred me etc.

everything you mentioned can be done with ease your self. imagin all the money you would save on instal fees.

dont paint the lip yourself though unless you already do that stuff.
but the killer glass is a five minute mod after you drain the radiator, exhaust is a 30 minute, 45-1hour on headers... all are simple bolt ons.

 

I am considering trying to do some myself but I am just learning about cars. I build PC's but have no clue when it comes to Cars. To bad the shops will not give me a discount on helping them install my stuff
