Default Evaporator problem?

Has anyone had any problems with their A/C systems leaking the condensation or any other water/fluids into the car?

For about 2 months now, my A/C (I think) has been leaking water into my car and my floorboards on the passanger side are almost always completely soaked..

Any one else have this problem?
