Keyless entry help!!

ok, i got a remote off of ebay, and im tryin to program it myself... the directions i got off the internet to do it with dont work, and i really dont feel like payin a dealership to do it....just wanted to see if anyone did it themselves and if they could give me the link u got the directions from or give them directly to me thanks.

first of all we need to know what kind of keyless entry setup you got, was it a scion one or different?
It would also help if you linked us to the ebay auction that you got it from
After we know that i'm sure someone here can help you

yea, its the scion one, i got it like a month ago and i just got time to mess with it. i have an '04. just lookin for some help. when i say keyless i mean the remote u push to lock and unlock ur car.
