Acts like it has No Compression..Will Crank but, No Start..

I have a 06 Scion xB will not start acts like it has no compression.

Any info will be helpful

Please explain "acts like it has no compression." Is the starter just spinning rapidly? Is the engine even turning over when the starter turns? Do you have a Compression Tester?

xB..

I've took the valve cover off turned it over watch both cams turn took all plugs out and turned it over all pistons move put plugs back in and you can turn it by hand.
