Default Camshaft Oil sensor for vvti...Me needs one!

well...it happened....

Yesterday i swapped out both belts on my xb (oem with 93k on both). While talking with my father and not paying attention i slipped off the alternator with the socket and snapped off the Camshaft Oil sensor for the vvti. It looks like this on the engine.....

..to say the least....now i need to find one at a reasonable price..if i can even find it seeing as i have found only a handful of retailers that carry it..i have looked for used..but Wisc seems to not have one engine i can pull it from at a yard. if anyone has a place i could get one,u have one yourself u would like to throw my way it would be much appreciated. My wife and I are going to be traveling 2k miles on vacation at the end of the month with the car from Wisc to Boston so i really need it to get fixed quickly.

thanks as always..

Sorry I didn't see this post earlier. I have two extra that came with heads I bought to rebuild or for sacrificial valves. I've tested all of them to make sure the actuator still works. If anyone else has this issue and needs one, PM.

Just FYI, it's not a sensor. We only have one oil pressure sensor and it's mounted under the intake manifold in the middle of the block. This is an electronically-controlled Oil Control Valve that sets the advance or retard angle for the intake VVT.

MP3car is awesome. On my 3rd touchscreen but the Mac mini is still going strong, just upgraded to snow leopard.

Question hard to change?

I broke mine off the exact same way and picked a new one up at the dealer. Is it just a simple unbolt, pull out and put the new one in? Or is there more too it than that? Anything to watch out for when changing?

Thanks!
