Here is the deal. There is an xB at F5 right now, but the car didn't have the factory air box for a baseline. They have a baseline available, but it is from an automatic on 19's... it wouldn't show true gains and wouldn't be accurate to show the comparison. So here is power alone, both WHP and TQ. I am sure you guys know ballpark baseline already. http://f5air.com/images/dyno/sr3100.gif

The R&D guys are planning to bring in a bone stock one to get another graph done asap.

Oh, and for the CARB, it is all being processed now and there shouldn't be any problems with that. It is currently pending.

Now THAT is what I call service. I request a dyno run last night... 16 hours later the company has a box on the dyno. Less than an hour after that they have a gif of the dyno run up on the web and posted to the thread for viewing!

Seriously though, the numbers look good. Right about where I expected it to be.

So now the question becomes... Anybody planning a group buy soon? Or should I just get it from PTuning, so I can have it under the tree for my wife on Christmas morning?

I think you should buy it from ptuning. That is a great price, plus its fun to have gifts under the tree.

But then you got to fight with her over who gets the bag and who gets the hat. hahaha

But what about some dyno numbers?! I am chomping at the bit to buy an intake for the wife's box, and I am leaning to this one. But without some sort of dyno number to back them up, I just can't do it.

So one of you guys that have one, get to a dyno! I expect nothing less than those 40 hp gains they saw on the 300C! :p
DUDE WHO CARES ABOUT A DAMN DYNO, ITS A DAMN INTAKE! its not meant to do much, but help your car breath better, if you really think its necessary to get a dyno for an intake, you have problems. Just wasting the 100 or 200 bucks to ven get it on the thing for what, 8 HP?! WHOOOOOOOO
So much anger, stay away from the dark side.

Everything looks pretty good. Is the filter design like the Apexi one that gets praised all the time?

Highly recommended SRI. Installation was a breeze even without the instructions. Just have faith in your MAF cable...
