Default Header install... Heat concerns?

Should I be seriously concerned since I cannot put the heat shield back on the car? Is there any truth to the possibility of melting something? They are not ceramic coated. There is a piece of piping nearby, within a couple of inches, but it has a metal jacket around it.

Should I be concerned?

Which ones are the clutch lines? Are you referring to the two metal lines that run in the back over the header? Can anyone provide a pick or link to which lines they're referring to? I'm getting headers and I just want to make sure that I'm protecting the right lines.
