Help! My xA won't shift pass 3rd gear??

Help! My xA won't shift pass 3rd gear??
I drive 2006 xA (automatic transmission) when putting in gear it jerks hard and sifts hard and won't go into O/D? I replaced the filter and fluids.
I don't know what else could possibly be wrong?? I need some feedback & advice what could be the issue.
