seriously, we need a specific date when our pulleys(not the extras) will be shipped? I keep hearing "soon" or "by so and so day/week" and nothing happens. It makes me question myself if our money is just being used as an investment for NST's finances. So my question is, when will the GB customers be receiving their pulley's? Any tracking number's and by which service provider?

Lets just get this over with. =)

Just let me know when the pulleys arrive.
I'll happily swing by your shop and grab mine if that's convenient for you. It'll save you the hassle and cost of shipping.

Man, the crickets just get louder and louder in here, don't they?
I guess having the pulley prior to IFO isn't happening.

NST is hosting an "AE86 Day" on Aug. 6th.
If we have not heard anything by then, I will drive over there during lunch and check up on the status of our pulleys.
I'll keep everyone posted as to the outcome.

If you do that be cool about it as these guys didn't have to do the group buy for the few people who signed on to begin with. Granted they have my money and I'd like to hear what the holdup is, I just don't want it to turn sour for anyone who is involved, company or consumer alike. So enjoy the AE86 Day for what it is and tell the guys the groupbuy from SL is getting weirded out a little from the lack of real status information. Seriously, I'd be cool with "we don't have an estimated time as there is a higher priority order ahead of yours". Nevertheless, thanks for checking on this.

Mike: When you can post next, just let us know what the hold up is right now. An educated consumer is better than one left in the dark.

There is absolutely no higher priority order holding these pieces up.

This is the reality... we offered a large discount to a very small group of people (many of whom signed up and then decided to jump off the bandwagon) so that we could build some nice pieces for you. You were offered a very nice discount in exchange for your patience and the long wait time was made clear from the start.

Unfortunately we have had a few hold-ups and this process has taken longer than I expected. I hate the delay much much much more than you guys do.

If you must insist on an ETA... we can set it now for the end of AUGUST. That means by August 31, 2009. If for some catastrophic string of events the pulleys are not ready by then everyone will receive a full refund.

I have said this many times before, and I will say it again... Anyone who is unhappy with the wait has always had the opportunity to cancel their order and receive a full refund. Those members can then pay full price at a later date, or buy one of the other higher priced pieces from a competitor. If you want the highest quality piece possible, at the lowest price ever, then this GB is for you. I am ALWAYS only a phone call or an IM away. You all have my info if you wish to chat with me personally.

I certainly do appreciate the support of our brand and our products from the few who have shown serious interest and support. I hope that you can stick it out a bit longer while we work with the pieces on the machines. We will have some very nice pieces for you no later than the end of this month.

Good luck and have fun with all your projects everyone.

P.S. anyone who would like to stop by for the 86 meet to enjoy the afternoon and chit chat with 86 owners is welcome to do so.

I plan on swinging by "86 day" anyway, just to check things out for a short bit. I can always stop by TSE Motorsports as well, just to see what's been up. I haven't seen Mic in a while, aside from briefly at Showdown.
See you then!

Unfortunately TSE is no longer our neighbor, they have moved. But you are welcome to stop by, say hello, and grab a Red Bull!

Wow! I didn't realize they had moved. ...guess I've been out of touch lately.
I'll probably swing by a little after noon.

Any news? It's getting close to the end of the month, so I thought I'd follow up.
