Anyone using a yellowtop in their xA? Fitment charts only show the redtop, but I'm guessing that's the case because no one expects an xA to need one. I've looked at the dimensions for the tC yellowtop (D34) and it's fractions bigger than the redtop for the xA.... so, thinking that there shouldn't be any clearance issues.

Pictures would be great if someone has installed the yellowtop.

i run the red top, the yellow is a deep cycle battery, like a second battery you would use in a motor home to power accessories, if you need a second battery go with a higher output alt instead. Red top will suit your needs just fine under most circumstances

 

(Un)fortunately my xA doesn't fall under most circumstances :-O
