My car sat for a while because it was broken. I fixed the part that was broken, but now it does not start. I want to check that fuel is coming in, but I cannot remove the Perrin fuel rail's hose from the hard fuel line. Any tips?

I could also pull the rail from the head, but that is more involved. I will try calling Perrin this week also.
