Rough idle, EVAP code, VSC and TRAC OFF light on dash, wobbling while driving
Collectively with my 2014 Automatic xB sitting at 191,645 miles I am dealing with the following:
-Idling rough (literally a mild shake yet calms down when in Neutral but still rough) (Rough idling has been a problem since purchase a year and a half ago)
-Pulls to the left even after multiple Firestone alignments
-Wobbling while cruising at any speed and more noticeable at 60mph (have already had tires rotated and balanced beginning to think things may be loose from replacing all the parts listed below)
-EVAP Code P0456 on my code reader (been a problem since purchase a year and a half ago)
-Recently as of Dec 2019 I had the VSC and TRAC OFF lights pop up on my dash.
(Considering the ABS sensor needs to be replaced or the ABS modular needs replacement
I am reaching out to see if anyone has dealt with these issues and what they did too rectify the situation.
As a disclaimer, upon purchasing the vehicle it was already throwing the small EVAP leak, Code P0456 and rough idling. The previous owner was told by her trusty tire shop, that she took the xB to for her maintenance, the fuel filler neck needed to be replaced.
After looking into how I verify the fuel filler neck is indeed is the problem with the EVAP code I found out that process would require a smoke test. I never had the smoke test done nor did I replace the fuel filler neck due to me purchasing the vehicle for $1000 and the smoke test alone would’ve been $400.
Since purchase I have replaced:
-All 4 hubs (Done just after purchase year and a half ago)
-Replaced all 4 spark plugs a year ago and 1 cool assembly that looked bad with the cheapest brand plugs at Auto Zone after getting a 3rd and 4th cylinder misfire code and feeling the rough idling. (Considering replacing all 4 plugs again with OEM recommended plugs)
-New tires (Done right after Hubs)
-Driver/passenger CV Axels (Replaced Nov 2019)
-Driver/passenger Lower control Arms (Replaced Nov 2019)
-Driver/passenger tie rods (Replaced Nov 2019)
-Front Disc brakes and rotors (Done 2019 mid year)
-Rear drum brake shoes and components (2019 mid year they now squeak)
-Flushed the transmission fluid by removing the initial pan draining and replacing the transmission oil filter and refilling 1qt at a time (Done Nov 2019)
I run Oil Filter: K&N HP-1003 Oil Type: Mobil 1 High Milage Protection for Engines over 75,000 (5W-30) DONE EVERY 5k-6k miles
I tried clearing the VSC and TRAC OFF lights but they come right back once put in drive.
I have attached photos in reference to reading the codes on 17 Dec 2019. I used my code reader on 4 March 2020 and it shows no codes yet I still have the same symptoms and dash codes in the photo and stated above. I am not sure if it’s because my reader is a $45 Amazon code reader and the ones at auto parts stores are higher grade, but that’s where I am at right now.
Looking forward to get some clarification. Thank you in advance for any help regarding all my issues to fix her up in an effort to keep running for 300,000+.
So everyone knows I drive 100 miles a day round trip to and from work so these problems are consistent daily.
Current Milage and codes on dash
Code reading as of 04 March 2020 (VSC and TRAC OFF lights still on dash during the reading and cannot be cleared because they are not showing)
Codes from 17 Dec 2019 Codes from 17 Dec 2019 Codes from 17 Dec 2019

Reason: Add context to post
I just bought an 04 5Spd and had the Evap codes and Trac Off and VSC and Chk Eng Lights on. Found the hose going from throttle body to the line going back to gas tank was rotted and cracked.
Changed the rubber hose under the hood - both sections - and all the lights are off and have completed drive cycle after clearing codes with no pending anything. I have Bluetooth OBDII Reader and use Torque App on my Android phone.
